Mr. Duffield received his undergraduate degree from the Syracuse University School of Management (Finance/Accounting) and his Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Widener University School of Law. He served a judicial clerkship under the Honorable John S. Holston, Jr. of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Duffield is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the Federal Courts for the Third Circuit, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is also a member of the New Jersey State and Gloucester County Bar Associations.
Mr. Duffield has served as the Municipal Solicitor, Prosecutor and Public Defender for various New Jersey Municipalities. In addition, he focuses on the following areas of practice:
