Mr. Becker earned his undergraduate degree from Glassboro State College and his Juris Doctor degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He served a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Becker is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the Federal Courts for the Third Circuit, the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the New Jersey State and Gloucester County Bar Associations.
He has and continues to represent a variety of public entities, in the capacity of Municipal Solicitor, Prosecutor, and Public Defender. He has also served as Treasurer and President of the Gloucester County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Becker focuses on the following areas of practice:
